To be enrolled in one of the programs offered at the Methodist Technical and Creative Center – Laumua o Punaoa, a learner is required to have completed the Yr 12 School Certificate Examination as well as the Yr 13 Samoa School Leaving Certificate. Interested learners are also required to present copies of these certificates as evidence of completion together with their Birth Certificate or any other identification document.
